Three questions before you resign
What are you leaving, what are you going towards, and what would make you stay? Answer all three on paper before you hand in a letter.

Career coaching for people ready to change direction
I’m Nadia Brennan. I work with mid-career professionals who want different work and are not sure yet what it is. We meet on the shore path by Lake Champlain, or by video if you live elsewhere.
I spent eleven years running operations at a regional hospital: rotas, budgets, a new outpatient wing and a great many difficult conversations about who does what. The part I was good at, and liked, was helping people work out the job they actually wanted next. In 2019 I left to do that full time.
Training: ICF Professional Certified Coach, 2020; MSc Organisational Psychology, 2014; Eleven years in hospital operations; Mental Health First Aid, renewed 2026
